About

I began my career in community development in 2008 and have since worked with diverse populations in New York City and New Orleans. After earning my MSW in 2014, I committed fully to a career in social work, with a continued passion for youth development and education.

I began supervising social work interns in 2021 and LMSWs in 2024. I believe strong teams are built with intentionality, empathy, and accountability—an approach that makes it possible to deliver the quality services our communities deserve.

I’m here to help identify your areas for growth while providing a judgment-free space. All of my work is collaborative. Supporting people in reaching their full potential is what brings me joy and purpose.
